Czech officials have arrested 16 members from an international gang that smuggles rhino horns from Africa to Asia. Officers also seized 24 horns worth about $5 million, said police investigator Daniel Zivocky. Customs official Ales Hruby said the gang hired Czech nationals who went to South Africa as hunters with permission to shoot one rhino as a trophy that is meant strictly for personal use.
