India: Acting on a tip, the Special Task Force (STF) of Assam Forest department on Wednesday arrested four poachers from the Dafalagarh tea estate in Biswanath Chariali district.
The Special Task Force has also seized bones, skulls and skin of leopard worth several lakh.
The operation was lead by the Northern Ranger of the Kaziranga National Park.
Besides these, elephant tusks were also seized. The poachers were poachers identified as Tana Butra, Tilnaku Kemdar, Tisi Papu and Tisi Atung.
