Nepal: Acting on a tip off, a joint team from Central Investigation Bureau (CIB) and Area Police Office, Anarmani arrested Sukbir Rai, 20, of Taplejung and Kamal Kumar Mangmu, 47, of Panchthar in Jhapa on Saturday. 

Police recovered two skins of Red Panda from their possession.  They have been handed over to the District Forest Office, Jhapa for further action.
