Two Nepalese Arrested With Leopard Skin

Bettiah, India: The joint team of SSB and Forest Department have been successful in arresting two Nepali smugglers on Peeler number 435 of Indo Nepal Border.

According to the source, the arrested Nepali smugglers are the residents of Bara and Jaitapur district of Nepal. 

Both smugglers have come to India with leopard skins from Nepal. They were about to sell leopard skins in hefty sums, but SSB arrested them based on a secret information received. 

Both smugglers are being sent to jail under the Forest Act. SSB Deputy Inspector Ramesh Chandra Thawal said that bikes and leopard skins have been recovered from the smugglers.
