India: The Baikunthapur forest officials on Sunday seized dried sea horses and arrested a smuggler from New Jalpaiguri area. The consignment packed in six plastic bags was around 55 kilograms that were brought from Chennai and plan to smuggle at Jaigaon along Indo- Bhutan border.
